Christof Schäfer



Christof Schäfer was born 25th January 1981 in Basel, Switzerland. After a turbulent school career and extensive travels to India, Nepal and New Zealand he discovered his love for film. He enroled at SAE Zurich and read a course in digital filmmaking, where he made his first attemps with cinematography. His first documentary feature was completed in 2008: No Way To Heaven. 

Today Christof studies in Basel and films all over the globe.

Janos Tedeschi



Janos Tedeschi was born September 1, 1983. After attending boarding schools in Switzerland and abroad, he indulged in his fascination for music, film and gemstones and studied in Amsterdam, Bangkok and Basel. In 2006 Janos joined Christof Schaefer in Thailand and India where, over the course of two years, they realised No Way To Heaven, their first full-length documentary for the cinema.
